The mission of Channelle Française is to breach the language barrier faced by anglophones (particularly Africans) in commerce, industry and other cross-border activities which will contribute immensely in building human capacity for sustainable economic growth within the African continent highly populated by the francophones.

To enable Anglophones regardless of their age to become bilingual (English-French). To teach French to learners not as a university course but as a professional, trade and commercial support tool which is indispensable in today’s world which is shrinking to a global village propelled by information and communication processing. To equip learners with the ability to read and write with understanding, communicate effectively and to make them use French language with ease in different situations. To ensure the four key linguistic skills (listening, reading, writing and speaking) expected at every level of the language learning are effectively achieved. To encourage an awareness and appreciation of the different perspectives of people from other cultures through French Language education. To develop on a regular basis, resources to make French language learning easier for learners.
